For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires, 'you', 'your', or 'user' shall mean any natural person who has registered on, browsed, or otherwise used the Platform. You must be at least 18 years old (for female users) or 21 years old (for male users), in accordance with applicable Indian marriage laws, to register on the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you are legally competent to enter into a valid marriage under applicable personal/religious law, and that you are not currently married unless explicitly and truthfully disclosed on your profile.
To access and use the Services, you agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information to us during and after registration, and you shall be responsible for all acts done through the use of your registered account on the Platform. Providing false information may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
DEENDARSATHI is a matrimonial matchmaking platform that facilitates introductions between users seeking marriage. We are a facilitator only — we do not guarantee, promise, or assure any marriage, match, engagement, or successful outcome from use of the Platform. Users are solely responsible for independently verifying the identity, background, and credentials of any match before proceeding with any personal meeting, financial transaction, or decision to marry.
DEENDARSATHI conducts manual verification of user profiles, which may include review of identity documents, contact details, and information provided at registration, before a profile is activated and made visible to other users. This verification is a basic screening process only and does not constitute a guarantee, certification, or endorsement of a user's identity, character, marital status, or any other information provided by them. We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or reactivate any profile at our sole discretion if we find the information provided to be false, misleading, or in violation of these Terms.
DEENDARSATHI offers paid packages that provide access to a limited number of contact/match details — namely, the 1 Number, 5 Number, and 10 Number packages. Package pricing, validity, and inclusions are as displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase. Once a contact/match number has been revealed or shared with you under a package, that unit is considered consumed and is non-transferable and non-refundable, in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the information and materials offered on this Platform or through the Services, for any specific purpose, including the accuracy of information provided by other users. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors, and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Your use of our Services and the Platform, and any communication, meeting, or transaction with another user occurring outside the Platform, is solely and entirely at your own risk and discretion, for which we shall not be liable to you in any manner. You are required to independently assess and ensure that the Services and any match meet your requirements.
The contents of the Platform and the Services are proprietary to us and are licensed to us. You will not have any authority to claim any intellectual property rights, title, or interest in its contents, including but not limited to the design, layout, look, and graphics.
You agree not to use the Platform and/or Services for any purpose that is unlawful, illegal, or forbidden by these Terms, or Indian or local laws that might apply to you. This includes posting false or misleading information, harassing or sending unsolicited/inappropriate communication to other users, soliciting money, gifts, or favors from other users, sharing your login credentials with any third party, using automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from the Platform, or impersonating any person. You acknowledge that unauthorized or unlawful use of the Platform may lead to suspension or termination of your account and action against you as per these Terms of Use and/or applicable laws.
You agree to pay us the charges associated with availing the paid Services/packages on the Platform. You understand that upon initiating a transaction for availing the Services, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the Platform Owner for the Services.
You agree and acknowledge that the Website and the Services may contain links to third-party websites or grievance mechanisms. On accessing these links, you will be governed by the terms of use, privacy policy, and other policies of such third-party websites. In case of any dispute, fraud, or grievance involving another user or a third-party service provider referred through the Platform, please also inform our customer service team so we may take appropriate action against the offending profile.
You shall indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party, or penalty imposed, due to or arising out of Your breach of these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, or other policies, or Your violation of any law, rules, or regulations, or the rights (including infringement of intellectual property rights) of a third party.
Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms of Use, the parties shall not be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.
These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to it, or its enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Burdwan, Purba Bardhaman, West Bengal.
All concerns or communications relating to these Terms, or any grievance regarding another user's conduct, must be communicated to us using the contact information below, within 7 days of the incident where applicable. Our team will review the matter after verification and take appropriate action at its discretion.
