DEENDARSATHI operates as a fully digital matrimonial matchmaking platform. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods or products. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how our services and packages are delivered to you upon purchase.
As DEENDARSATHI is a digital service platform, there is no physical shipping or courier delivery involved at any stage. All services and packages purchased on the Platform are delivered electronically.
Upon successful registration, your profile is created on the Platform. Profile activation and visibility to other users is subject to manual verification by our team, which is typically completed within 24–48 hours of submission, provided all required details and documents are correctly furnished.
Upon successful payment for a package (1 Number, 5 Number, or 10 Number), the package is credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes of payment confirmation from the payment gateway. In case of any delay due to payment processing or technical issues, the package will be credited as soon as the payment is verified, and in any case within 24 hours.
Once a package is credited to your account, you may use it to unlock verified contact/match details at your convenience. There is no separate "delivery" step for each unlock beyond what is described in Section 3 — the number/contact details are made instantly viewable to you within the Platform upon unlocking.
If you do not receive access to your purchased package within 24 hours of successful payment, please contact our customer service team immediately with your transaction details, and we will resolve the issue on priority.
Since no physical goods are involved, there are no shipping charges, delivery addresses, or courier tracking applicable to any purchase made on the Platform.
