This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a package purchased on the Platform. DEENDARSATHI does not operate on a subscription/membership model — we offer one-time profile unlock packages (1 Number, 5 Number, and 10 Number packages) that allow you to unlock and view a corresponding number of verified contact details. Under this policy:
Cancellation requests will only be considered if made before any number/contact has been unlocked under the purchased package. Once even a single number has been unlocked, the package is considered utilised to that extent and cancellation of the full package will not be entertained.
DEENDARSATHI does not accept cancellation or refund requests for numbers that have already been unlocked and viewed, as the service is considered delivered and consumed at the point of unlock. However, a refund may be considered if you can establish that the specific contact/profile unlocked did not meet the specifications or quality standards described on the Platform (e.g., inactive, fake, or duplicate profile).
If you cancel your order before unlocking any number in the package, you are eligible for a full (100%) refund of the amount paid. Once any number within the package has been unlocked, the remaining unused numbers in that package are not eligible for a partial or pro-rata refund; refunds in such cases are handled on a case-by-case basis per point 2.
In case of any issue with an unlocked profile/contact (e.g., incorrect, fake, or non-functional contact details), please report it to our customer service team within 7 days of unlocking that number. The team will review your complaint after verifying the concern and take an appropriate decision, which may include replacing the unlock with a valid one or, where warranted, a refund for that unlock.
If your payment was debited but the package was not credited/activated to your account due to a technical error, duplicate transaction, or payment failure, the full amount will be refunded after verification.
Unused numbers within a purchased package do not expire unless a specific validity period is mentioned at the time of purchase, in which case unused numbers will lapse after the stated validity period without entitlement to a refund.
In case of any refund approved by DEENDARSATHI, it will take 7 business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your original payment method.
